According to our sources close to the situation, a man drove his truck into a crowd of people who was celebrating the New Year on Bourbon Street, City of New Orleans. 

The New Orleans Police Department said they have identified the alleged suspect as 42 year old Shamsud Din Jabbar who had a ISIS flag in the truck when he was killed, the FBI has classified the case as a terrorist attack.
