According to our sources close to the situation, Dr. Preston Phillips, Dr. Stephanie Husen, Nurse Amanda Glenn and William Love who was accompanying his wife who had a doctors appointment were all shot and killed at St Francis Hospital in Tulsa by Michael Louis.

The Tulsa Police Department said the shooter Mr. Louis took his own life but, had a letter in his pocket blaming Dr. Phillips for his back pain and that's why he killed him and anyone else who got in the way.
