According to the Oklahoma District Attorney's Office, 5 Oklahoma Police Officers are being charged with manslaughter after shooting 15 year old Hispanic boy Stavian Rodriguez 13 times and killing him after he clearing dropped his gun outside a gas station that he had allegedly robbed.

The entire shooting tragedy was caught on video tape.
