8 people were killed and 25 others were taken to the hospital during a Travis Scott sold-out Astroworld Music Festival in Houston Texas, The deaths are now being investigated by the Houston Police Department who said witnesses are asserting that an alleged individual at the festival was injecting some type of drugs into the neck of people which may have caused the panic.  (Video credited to TMZ)
