According to TMZ, the Actor Clifton Powell who played in the movie "Next Friday" was falsely accused of raping a woman last year.
The Police conducted an investigation and found no evidence substantiating the woman's claim.
Myers has now filed a lawsuit against Mr. Powell in Federal Court and is seeking $75.000 in damages.
