According to our sources close to the situation, Actor James Cann who played Sonny Corleone in the "Godfather" has died, Mr. Cann a native of the Bronx New York was also known for his acting roles in Brian Songs, Rollerball, Misery, Mickey Blue Eyes and a number of other blockbuster movies.

James Cann was 82 years old and the cause of his death was not immediately known.
