Actor and Comedian Jamie Foxx is mourning the loss of his sister DeOndra Dixon and posted a number of pictures on his verified Instagram page. DeOndra Dixon was the Ambassador for the "Global Down Syndrome Foundation".

Jamie Foxx said "my heart is shattered into a million pieces, my beautiful sister DeOndra has transitioned" DeOndra Dixon was only 36 years old.
