Stockton Police Department said they have the alleged Stockton Serial Killer in custody, 43 year old Wesley Brownlee was arrested for the killing spree that took six people lives and wounded one other person. The Stockton Police Chief said Mr. Stockton was hunting for his eighth victim before being arrested.
