According to our sources close to the situation, Andre Hill who is a black man was shot and killed by Columbus Ohio Police Officer Adam Coy, Officer Coy's body-Cam shows Andre Hill exiting a friends house garage moments before he was shot and killed.

Investigator concluded that Mr. Hill was unarmed at the time of the shooting and only hand a cell phone in is hand, charges are now pending against the officers involved.
