According to Buffalo New York, Police Department, at least 10 people were killed inside a Tops Supermarket when a man dressed in military rear and body armor entered the supermarket and opened fire on people that was doing their grocery shopping. When the Police arrived, the man was holding a rifle under his chin before dropping to his knees and being tackled by the police, the motive is still under investigation.
