Honorable Rep. Elijah Cummings the Chairman of the Oversight Committee and the Congressional Black Caucus has died at the age of 68. Rep. Cummings was not only a Civil Rights Leader for equality, he was a Role Model in Congress. Congressional Officials are saying it was "complications concerning long-standing health challenges".
