Things got a little crazy on the "Inside The NBA" when Kenny "The Jet" Smith was trying to make a point about people playing at a certain level and name-dropped "Jay-Z" which prompted the vocal Charles Barkley to tell Kenny that it's probably not a good time to bring up that legendary rapper's name right now.
