Comedian Bill Cosby 2018 sexual assault conviction was overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court because the Judge said Montgomery County District Attorney assured Mr. Cosby the he would not be prosecuted if he testifies in a deposition in 2005 but, other prosecutors didn't agree to that and used that information thereby violating the comedians rights.

Mr. Bill Cosby was released by the Department of Corrections and is now home with his family.
