According to our sources close to the situation, Comedian Jamie Foxx was dinning with his family when some customers from another table was being rube, Mr. Foxx asked them to stop being so vulgar because he was with his family and that's when someone from that table allegedly threw a glass cup at Jamie Foxx hitting him in the mouth.

The injuries required some snitches to his mouth and the case is now under investigation by the police.
