According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, Dr Dre, co-founders of "Beats" headphones is filing a lawsuit against a website Company in China saying they are costing him and his partners billions of dollars

for allegedly producing counterfeit "Beats By Dre" headphones.

He is also asking the government to do more to protect trademarks.
