According to unconfirmed reports, Rap Artist Drizzy Drake performed at Lil Wayne's festival but, Apple streaming Company allegedly blocked Jay-Z's streaming Company from broadcasting the performance due to legal reasons.

The streets are saying this happened because Drake signed a $19 million dollar exclusive deal with Apple.
