According to unconfirmed reports, Law Enforcement Officials are looking for Widner "Flow" Degruy a former rap artist signed to Lil Wayne"s Record Label Young Money.

The New Orleans Police Department is alleging that Mr. Degruy participated in a double homicide a few years ago.

The victim's were two brothers, Kendrick Bishop 22 years old and Kendred Bishop 18 years old.
