According to unconfirmed reports, Harlem's Drug Kingpin Alberto "Alpo" Martinez was allegedly released from Federal Prison and entered into the Federal Witness Protection Program where he's currently awaiting a new identity.

Alpo was convicted of murder and for killing his partner Rich Porter.
