According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Tekashi 6ix9ine made a request to the Judge asking for his approval to shoot a new video in his backyard, well, the Judge gave him the green light to get the ball rolling and Tekashi's Probation Officer didn't have a problem with the rapper's request.

Judge Engelmayer said Tekashi can conduct business out of his basement for no more than 8 hour per day!
