The United States Senate voted and confirmed Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the United States Supreme Court, which means Justice Jackson will take a sit on the highest court in the land and will become the first Black Woman to do so. The final vote was 53 yeas and 47 nays, 3 Republicans crossed the party line, those individuals are, Senator Collins, Maine, Senator Murkowski, Alaska and Mitt Romney of Utah.
