According to our sources close to the Situation, The Los Angeles Police department was ready to "Slap" handcuffs on Actor and Rap Artist Will Smith after they witnessed him slapping Comedian Chris Rock on stage but, Chris rock waved them off while they was waiting for Will backstage.
