According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, sources close to Lil Wayne's camp said he's allegedly ready to sue Cash Money Records over the delayed release date of his new album "Tha Carter V".

Lil Wayne believes his new album should've been released months ago but, for some reason Birdman and other executives pushed the release date back.
