Apparently Toronto's Councilor Norm Kelly wasn't to happy with Rap Artist Meek Mill's comment about Drizzy Drake and so he took to his twitter page and told Meek "you're no longer welcome in Toronto", Meek responded by saying " U sound like a thug Lol".
