After 126 years in the making, the Civil War Confederate Flat that represented slavery is finally being removed from the Mississippi State Capital Building. The move came after months of Social justice conversations with #BLACKLIVESMATTER protesters and nation and local official across this country and agreed that it was time for a positive change.
