According to video footage that www.whatshotinhiphop.com was able to obtain, Damien Pickett the Co-Captain of the Riverboat who is a black man tried to reason with a smaller boat owner who is white and was docked in the Riverboat spot, a argument ensured between the two men and that's when several white men attacked and assaulted the co-captain.

The attack was witnessed by a number of black men who quickly came to the aid of Mr. Pickett, a brawl ensued on the Montgomery riverfront between the two ethnic group, once it was over 13 people was detained by the Montgomery Police Department, Richard Roberts 48, Allen Todd 23, Zachary Shipman 25 all white men were charged with two counts of second degree assault.

The Montgomery Police Chief Darryl J. albert also said they're looking for the man who allegedly hit several people in the head with a folding chair.
