Hundreds on Taxi and Limousine drivers line up at South street and Pier 36 in Manhattan to obtain food routes to deliver food to the thousands of New Yorkers in desperate need during this Covid-19 Pandemic. The operation is being facilitated by the National Guard, NYPD, Taxi and Limousine Police, DOT and the Parks Department.
