According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, "America's Got Talent" Host Nick Cannon said he's done with the show after NBC's Executives threatened to fire him for some comments he made on NBC and his Showtime Comedy Special.

Nick said "don't hold your breath" regarding a change of heart.
