According to Mr. Jacob Blake's attorney B'Ivory LaMarr, no federal charges will be filed against Kenosha Police Officer Rusten Shesky for shooting and paralyzing Jacob Blake back in 2020, the United States Department of Justice said the evidence obtained was insufficient to prove that the KPD officer willfully use excessive force.
