According to our sources close to the situation, the alleged New York City N-Train shooter Frank Robert James was arrested after the New York City Police Department received a Crime Stopper Tip worth $50,000. Mr. James will most likely be charged with shooting 10 people on the subway, the police said they also recovered the alleged gun that was used doing the mayhem.
