New York City Police Officer Wilbert Mora was honored by thousands of Police Officers from around the country as they lined the streets in front of St Patrick Cathedral. Police Officer Mora's partner Jason Rivera who was also killed while responding to a domestic call in Harlem was honored in the same fashion just a few days ago, both officers where promoted to detective first grade by the new Police Commissioner Keechant Sewell.
