According to our sources close to the situation, The New York City Police Commissioner James O'Neill followed the NYPD's Administrative Judge recommendations and fired Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo for using an illegal chock hold that the medical examiner said may have caused the death of Eric Garner. 

It's been 5 years since Eric Garner was murdered according to the medical examiner for allegedly selling lose cigarettes in Staten Island.
