According to our sources close to the situation, P Diddy's defense attorney's said that CNN purchased the original Cassie InterContinental hotel hallway beating and allegedly used some free editing software to alter the footage, they also alleged that CNN destroyed the original video before giving it to the federal prosecutor to present as evidence.
