According to our sources close to the situation, Music Mogul P Diddy had his attorneys file a motion against a $100 Million Dollar default judgment against him.

P Diddy is claiming that he was never served a copy of the lawsuit from the plaintiff Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith and added that the statute of limitation has already expired over a year ago.
