According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, 50 Cent and his Bodyguard is under criminal investigation for allegedly assaulting a man who tried to shoot a cell phone video of him and his son while they were at the mall.

Police said 50 cent is not a suspect at this time but, they would like to speak to his bodyguard.
