According to TMZ and our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Bobby Shmurda was in court today and told the Judge he was misled when he accepted the 7 year plea.

No one in the courtroom was listening to the rapper and that when he decided to fire his attorney.

Bobby has been locked up for 21 months already which means he would have to do another 5 years behind bars before he gets to see his freedom again.
