According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Boosie Badazz appeared in court on a previous gun charge which was eventually dismissed but, once he left the court room, federal agents was waiting for him outside the court room and he was arrested again.

The circumstances surrounding his arrest was not immediately known.
