According to TMZ and our sources close to the situation, Kevin Brophy filed a lawsuit against Rap Artist Cardi B for allegedly using his tattoo image in a sexual manner, Mr. Brophy said he never gave Cardi B permission to use the tattoo on his back for her mixtape cover.
