According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist DaBaby pleads guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge for sucker punching homeowner Gary Pagar during a video shoot outside his home.

DaBaby will get time served, one year probation and will have to pay a $10,000 restitution fine.
