According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Foolio who's real name is Charles Jones was gunned down outside a Tampa Hotel in Florida while sitting in his vehicle according to investigators.

Foolio was celebrating his birthday a few hours before and shared his location via social media, he was only 26 year old.
