According to TMZ and Court documents, Rap Artist Gucci Mane will come home 12 months earlier for time severed after his legal team persuaded an Atlanta Judge to change his initial ruling.

The 34 year old rapper was originally sentenced to 39 months for gun possession, his legal team got 12 months knockoff of that sentenced.

Gucci Mane is expected to come home sometime in December 2016
