Rap Artist and Billionaire Kanye West aka Ye was scheduled to perform at the Grammy Awards on April 3rd but, the Recording Academy Board decided to pull the plug on that performance citing his recent online behavior as a concern. The Academy Board believes that the rapper might continue his behavior on live television.
