According to the US immigration Department and other sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Mos Def was stopped at the US border while trying to enter the United States from South Africa.

Unconfirmed reports are saying he allegedly gave up his US citizenship in 2009 and moved to Capetown.

The streets are saying he had to cancel an event in May due to his legal issues.
