Apparently Young Money's Rap Artist Tyga felt what he was doing was much more important than being apart of Wiz Khalifa's "Under the influence of money" tour, Tyga tweeted, "I want to be apart of tour, but I'm finishin up my album and filmin a movie". 

Basically, Tyga is saying thanks but no thanks pal!
