According to our sources close to the situation, R&B Singer Ciara and Rap Artist Future were both in family court on a custody dispute when Ciara asked the Judge for sole custody of their 1 year old son claiming Future was a bad dad, the Judge quickly rejected her request and gave joint custody to the former couple. 

I guess that's the way they do things in California!
