According to our sources close to the situation, while Sean Kingston was performing on Thursday at the SinCity nightclub a fan decided to throw some ice at him so Sean allegedly swung the microphone at the fan's head.

The streets are saying they're not sure if the mic made contact, stay tune, if it did I'm sure a lawsuit will follow.
