Texas Police Officer Amber Guyer who shot and killed 26 year old Botham Jean earlier this month in his apartment was fired from he department after an investigation concluded that she engaged in "adverse conduct".

The former Police Officer was also charged with manslaughter, Mr. Jeans family would like those charges upgraded.
